One week before Factions came out, I fell the drops became suddenly really bad.
Factions come out perfect drops are falling around like rain.

Do you think Anet could be capping drops like in a couple of day back to the way things were?
Did that happen in the past?

nah gold's will continue to drop like flies to make the game more appealing to the "average" gamer and to the poor ppl who cant be bothered to earn their gold

trading = doomed imo unless they nerf the drop rate

if u dont PvP i dont see much point carring on with this game tbh

This is a shame as I work hard farming for my drops and if they become so common that will just suck, I mean if someone can play for 1hr and get an awesome perfect weapon, then me farming a hard place solo is sorta pointless. But anyway I just noticed this was sliding down the page. BUMP

agreed... kinda boring farming and such

they killed alot of the best parts of the game... cuz PvE you can beat in no time... and that just leaves PvP... is kinda sad :l

I must add that newbies arriving in the game were not affected at all by the rarity of some weapons.

Well they were in the sense that it could increase the interest, the curiosity and then the lust.

But they were not much "disadvantaged".

I have noticed something going on lately. If A-Net doesn't nerf the drop rates soon.

Non-perfects = Noone wants them. Even a 14%.

But do you guys ever think that this is what A-Net wants? If they encouraged trade in the first place they would have gave us an auction house.

I bet quite a few pve/trading community people are selling their account off on ebay.

Just play this game for now. Wait till D3 or NWN2 releases and see what happens. Or just jump ship to WoW if you really cannot stand the game.

u spoke my mind dude and yea ebay of accounts ftw, to bad ecto is dropping as well so itl b hard to ebay of gold when bout 90% of it is in ecto since the storage cap is 1000k ftw.

yea GW wil hvta becum a pvp county, but liek i said b4 pvp is alrdy dominated by a handful of elites, so the 'average' gamer a-net is trying to appeal to wil get bored of GW prety quik. gues anet just kicked the diehard GW gamers in the ass to sell a cuple of shortlived copies.

but if they do nerf the droprate to normal, thatll rock some boats as well since therel b X amount of perf items alrdy out there which wil sell for alot....so the 'average' gamers wil make in les than an eigth of the time it tuk us legits to make through blood and sweat and endles hours in FOW and UW

but hey i wud expect Anet to reset the fame count again prety soon, and yes i said again...theyve done it b4 with alot of rank 6-7s out there , harsh but thats the Beauty of GW it kicks u in the nuts
